Sometimes things fall apart
Let’s put the pieces back together
Somatic and parts-based therapy for anxiety, relationship wounds, and deeper emotional healing
Hi, I’m Macy.
You may be holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted underneath. Maybe your relationships bring up old wounds. Maybe you're tired of being hard on yourself and want to understand why certain patterns keep repeating.
My approach is warm, trauma informed, creative, curious, and person-led. I believe you are the expert in your life and will collaborate with you to find your individualized path towards self-acceptance, confidence, and clarity.
I welcome queer, trans, non-binary and gender expansive folks of all flavors.
I also support neurodivergent, non-monogamous folks, psychics, psychonauts, spiritual seekers, rebels, and visionaries who seek a holistic approach that honors all parts of themselves and their experiences.
You won't be pathologized for your humanity and this is a space that is truly non judgemental. You can share all parts of yourself, and share the things you felt that you couldn't say in therapy before.
My approach may include:
Somatic therapy
Exploring the connection between your mind and body and paying attention to how emotions, stress, and past experiences may show up in your nervous system.
Parts work and IFS-informed therapy
Getting to know the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, including protective parts, inner critics, and younger parts that may still carry pain from the past.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a focused, experiential approach that uses specific points in your visual field to help access and process experiences that may be difficult to fully reach through words alone. It can be particularly helpful when you understand something intellectually but still feel stuck in the same emotional or physical responses.
Mindfulness and experiential practices
Using guided practices that help you slow down, turn inward, and experience your emotions and inner world in a new way.
Relational and attachment-focused therapy
Exploring the patterns that shape how you connect with others and creating opportunities for new experiences of safety, honesty, and connection.
Together We Can Explore:
Feeling like your reactions don't always make sense, even though you understand where they come from.
Feeling guilty for having needs or struggling to express how you really feel.
Holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed inside.
Repeating relationship patterns you promised yourself you wouldn't repeat.
Knowing that your past has affected you but not knowing how to move beyond simply talking about it.
